Most productions hand the music off at the end. We make both, so the film is shot knowing what it will sound like, and the score is written for what's actually on screen.
- 01 Concept and treatment. The idea, the look and the plan to shoot it.
- 02 The shoot. Direction, crew and everything on the day.
- 03 Score and soundtrack. Written to picture, recorded with live players.
- 04 Post. Edit through to the final mix, delivered ready to screen or release.
Independent music
Records that
get finished.
Bring a demo, a voice note or just the idea. We arrange it, record it, mix and master it, and hand it back finished for release rather than parked as a draft.
We make our own music too. Original independent releases under the Pentagon name are the next thing coming out of the studio.
If the song needs something that isn't listed here, ask. The answer is usually yes.

The studio
One room.
Five cities.
The studio is in Coimbatore. Past it we work out of partner rooms in Chennai, Kochi, Hyderabad and Bangalore, so a session or a shoot can happen where the people are instead of where we are.
